Jacke Karashae

Jacke Karashae is an independent recording artist and video blogger who loves the intricacies of digital media and communication.

In music, Jacke actively explores rock, metal, folk, electronica and low-fi in his own creative way. In March 2011, he released his debut album, "The Places I Go" on iTunes, Amazon MP3, Bandcamp, and other online music stores. Over the next several months that followed, he released several acoustic tracks under the title, "Project Horizon" via Bandcamp. He is currently writing and recording his next full-length album independently.

Jacke began video blogging as an offshoot of music, which developed into a separate YouTube show in January 2012. He hosts two channels on YouTube: the first consists of jump-cut style videos discussing trends in music, technology, and digital live (http://www.youtube.com/jackekarashae), and the second chronicles Jacke's life in short, one-take videos (http://www.youtube.com/heyitsjacke).
