The Ten Commandments of Drive-Thru Etiquette

 - Vancouver, British Columbia - While working the other day in a busy Drive-Thru service store, my co-workers and I were discussing how many times we wish that we could teach a class on Drive-Thru etiquette. I cannot even begin to tell you in how many instances that we have wished people knew a few simple facts. My hope is that these ten simple things will improve not only your Drive-Thru experiences, but make the jobs of the people on the other side just a little bit easier!

The Truth About Do(ugh)nuts

- Vancouver, British Columbia - Sometime around Middle School, I can remember learning quite clearly that no matter how much I believed something to be true, it didn't make it true for someone else in their mind. As far as I was concerned, there were no better doughnuts in the world than Tim Hortons. My American cousin, however, informed me that he had never heard of Tim Hortons, so in his mind, they weren't worthy enough to be considered the best doughnuts in the world. For him, it was all about Dunkin Donuts and there was no debate about the matter.
